Crankshaft damper

Crankshaft damper for TVR Speed 6 engines. This is the fluid damper for all TVR Speed 6 engines and is designed to damp out any harmonic vibrations running through the crankshaft. This damper is pulled into place with the crankshaft bolt TVR E6139 but care has to be taken to ensure that the damper is correctly fitted and fully located. If the damper is not fully located the drive sprockets for the timing chains will not be fully tightened in place and this can lead to failures in the chain drive. This damper has to be removed to access the front crankshaft oil seal and this is not possible without the correct puller. Removing this damper with the engine in place is not an easy task.
